I have a site with an old Option 61 on 3.0 with the 68060 processors. The callers report beeping on calls that sounds like some one pressing buttons on a keypad. This happens on both inbound and out bound calls.I have worked with the TAC for my company about the issue but could never duplicate it or fix it. I have replaced CNF/TDS cards and at one point thought we had narrowed it down to a T1 NT5D12 card but that didn't fix it. Any one have any brilliant ideas? They are now escalating because I can't figure it out.

Thanks everyone

Thanks,

Buddy

Newbie here, I didn't hear anything about headsets. Just FYI we finally discovered what our "beeps" were on both internal and external calls. It ended up our vendor sold us Plantronics CS50 headsets that just so happened to be 900Mhz...the same frequency as our wireless phones.

Every time one of our wireless phones got near this department the CS50 headsets would beep to the user that the headset's connection to the base unit was lost, then found, then lost, etc.

Took forever to find this "beep" cause.

BTW, the Plantronics amplifiers will also "beep" when the batteries are low.
