I have just upgraded a 61C to a 1000M SG and am getting continous AUD019 which was pointing to a TDS/Conf 0 0. I have replaced the card and still the same issue. I have isolated to Superloop 12. If i disabled (loop 12)it the AUD019 stop and a clean AUD000 comes up. I replaced the newtwork card and still same issue. I have also unplugged the cable to the controller card, rolled CNI and PS card from side one with same issue. Any help would be appreaciated.

good troubleshooting, crazy problem. Replaced any cables? Kinda the one we always skip.

Have you tried unplugging the cards in LOOP 12?

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

I have reseated all cards in lp 12 and all core cards in 0. I am thinking that there might be a bent pin somewhere.

Not reseat the cards, unplug the cards as you may have a bad one and see if the AUD's stop. if they stop, then plug them backin one at a time until it starts AUD's again. thats the bad card.

This turned out to be corruption in software when upgrading. Nortel had to go in and fix.
