AUD & ERR008 CS1k Rls 7.5

Hi there I have a cs1000 release 7.5 continually get AUD errors, as listed below I am not sure if these are related but the superloop 0-0 rebooted after getting the err008 list below also I have all deplist and loadware to latest versions can anyone shed any light on this and if the err008 is related to the contiually aud errors I recieve. Thanks

It looks like the err008 alarms are being generated bc of the loadware on the mgc cards. Are the call server and mgc loadware patches up to date?
 
Make sure you can reach your TLAN gateway
Is your MGC card connected via Dual homing?

 
Like RS528 said.
It usually means that the TLAN of the MGC is not ok.
If am right signalling to MGC is through ELan and Speech path through Tlan.
I guess sthere may be some calls that are failing or getting silence .

Resolved by installing new DSP loadware DSP5AZ05.lw

** DSP5AB04 is the GA release which includes the fix for the above issue **

It may be necessary to take the MGC back to the Gold image before it will accept the new DSP loadware

Further versions of DSP loadware have since been written but not yet officially released.

Extra note. Seen this on another site, It was thought on that site that the CLS FAXA being set on an extn which call forwarded to another with no FAXD or to the switchboard. Never confirmed (As this would have made the MGC reboot again), but the fix is the same. Use the latest loadware.
