HI, is there any way to insert an announcement before a caller hit the operator? CM 6.2?
Here is a trace without the attendant login just to show you; 08:02:50 busy attendant-group 1 cid 0x2530

You could try two options. The first is attendant vectoring and see if that gives you the option to play an announcement before routing to an operator. The second option is to let the operator login as an agent.
