I have an Attendant that would like to transfer/extend calls through to a manager and override his 'Call Forward'.
Am I correct in assigning ATDA in the CDB open gate OPT ?
which is 'Attendant Through Dialling Allowed'?
Not having much success anyone got any suggestions it maywell be a key assignment on the console ? to override I am open to any suggestions - Cheers !!
It is a 2250 console but BKI key is not really a resolution to overide a call forward...I am sure there is a way but I am hoping someone can remind me....Thanks anyway and hoping for some other suggestions !!
