Hi Guys,
Is it possible if Attendant Vectoring and EAS feature be turned-on at the same time?
If I will turn-on EAS feature in system parameter feature, it will prompt me to convert the existing configuration of hunt group intended for Attendant vectoring to turned-off before i can configure an skill based routing to be on.
When im trying to program my vector to use queue to skill its prompting me to turn-on ACD on the hunt group so I'm confused how to do it.
Any ideas?
