Attendant Vector for "0" internal calls
Dan 8
I also have a Definity 3 si v9. It is being used in a nursing home where all calls come to the Main Console during the day. At night when they put night service on, then all outside calls go to the night station. This all works fine. Where my problem lies, is trying to have the 0 calls from internal residents & workers ringing at the console & move to the night station coverage. I've been seeking help through different threads that I've written, working on this off & on for over a month. The last chance I think in solving this is writing an attendant vector, which one of the techs suggested. They never had the ability & from talking to a 3rd tier Eng, the software didn't provide forwarding the console. I have permissions for vectoring & attendant vectoring in sys parameters. When I try to list vectors, disp vectors or ch vectors it says vector is invalid. What is it I'm missing? My last vector programming was with Lucent with the Prologix. Please help me if you can

It looks like your login is not giving you permission to change vectors, what login are you using..?

Don't worry, be happy

mojoputter,
I was under the impression that when this was turned over to vendor I'm doing the work for it was for system tech. I have no idea what the password is because several years ago when I first got involved I set it up dialup with the inads # & the password auto login. No records that I know of were kept. There has been over the years just simple programming needed. I just can't believe how difficult this simple request has turned into such a nightmare. I hate looking like a fool.
Being that I am the vendor this customer now has is there a way that a guru like yourself, if I am onsite can have you default the password?
