attendant-user ???

Ok here it is:

list extension-type 405

EXTENSION TYPE

When I dial 405 I get a busy signal. Am I sappose to?
I cant find any command or anything in the user guide to tell me what this "attendant-user" extension is for ???

Try the following:

display cosnole parameters
This will tell you your assigned attendant consoles

If you have one console it will be assigned as the principal

Also check your dial plan to see how 0 is programmed.
