Attendant Rollover to Skill

Just a Call Center guy thrown in to the programming side of things.

Using Attendant Vectoring and EAS. Attendant calls appear to be routed via ldn (although I'm not sure how this actually works.) I would like to be able to route calls to the attendant (as they are now,) but if not available, overflow the calls to a skill in our Call Center. Any ideas?

Actually really lost on Attendant Vectoring overall. Any general advice on how I can find how the calls are routed, or know of a good resource, your help is greatly appreciated.
