Attendant Phone

Just started having an issue with our Attedant console
and 2 DSS CONSLES where the console can not place a call
on hold or transfer it to another station either using the BLF keys or manual key strokes ...if we unplug the console from the outlet and reseat it works fine for awhile
A couple of days ....its station X221 port 101
on a Nothstar system ...FYI we just added a NEW T1 where all the "incoming calls are coming in on "

That actually sounds as if the M7324 Console phone is defective.
I would try replacing that phone before doing too much troubleshooting elsewhere.
