Attendant Overflow

Hey

I have an Option 11C Rel 25.40b with an 2250 Console
an Miran3

I want to have a anouncement as an overflow or waiting
Queue.
I configured the PBX but it is not working.
The announcement is ok and is working when I call
the Acod.

Does anybody have an configuration process for me

I have this,, it may help you


Console overflow calls must be directed to phones with Single Call Ringer or Multiple Call
Ringer as the target DN.

Before making any changes to your overflow take a print of the current set-up. After any
amendments take another print to confirm the changes.

All of the attendant information for customer 0 will be returned.

The AODN (attendant overflow DN) is set in LD 15 the CDB (customer data block) in the ATT (attendant) gate, as follows

Hit return until AQTT (enter the overflow timer requirements, in seconds)
AODN (enter the DN you require the overflow to terminate on, in the first instance).
Hit enter through to REQ.

I want an announcement while the attendent is busy.

What you need is a RAN announcement such as Miran. RAN`s alllow a call to be returned back to the Q while overflow will just route the call to an DN/VM and not return

Hey

I know that I need an announcement by miran and I have such,
but it is not working.

I inserted it in the ROI-DATA Block but it is not working

I think I forgot anything to configure or have a problem with my PBX.
It will be nice if anyone has a configuration Information
for attendant announcement

Hi there,

If you set the option you also have to configure the route information and the timers in the ROA_DATA of your CDB.

See overlay 15 of the NTP (ROA_DATA).

but I did the configuration´s in the ROA-DATA Block,but it does not work, I had only a written Problem in my last Statement.

Has anybody a configuration process for me????

i think you fotgot the rici prompt in ld 15,you find in ldn data you have a ldn to i.e 7000 set on ici key 0,you also should have the rici set 0
roa given to what ici keys=rici

Hi torsten

Does the programmation that you wrote permit this :

If the attendant is busy the callers can hear a message ("welcome, ...") then a waiting music.

Then the Attendant can see that a call is waiting and he takes the call to say to the caller "keep the line" and he parks him again.

If the attendant is no more busy, the call is automatically redirect to the attendant.
