I have a problem regarding on the programming of attendant overflow. Can anyone help me regarding this? Thanks!

i had used these following steps of programming.
cm3002>000:14
cm3003>000:14
cm08>067:0
cm35173>00:0
cm5131>00:Station No.

did i miss something here?
