Attendant Messages

I have an Opt 11 mini connected to an octel 250. All calls to this site go through a menu mailbox with dial by name or exstension. When callers zero out they go to an attendant. This is all normal. From time to time the attendant phone will ring, when they pick it up it is the octel calling them to let them know that (someones mailbox is full)please let the user know. Is this normal for the attendant to recieve warnings for other user mailbox's ? Is there a way to turn this notification feature off? Also from time to time the Attendant phone will ring, when they pic up its the octel again. The call is what seems to be in the middle of checking messages in someone elses mailbox. The recording says if you like to check your messages please press 1. This call will actualy be in a persons mailbox and the attendant could check that persons messages without the users password. This is a big problem! Any assitance would be appreciated.

All new ones to me. Are you sure it is a 250 system? Also what kind of ports are you useing? 2616 to the octel or analog

All ports are 2618 phones. It is a 250 release 2.00-35-1-000

I think i have heard of the Octel calling 0 if a mailbox is full now that i think of it but i will have to do some looking on that one.
