Hi everyone, I need some help

Option 11e Rls 4.5 with 2 attendant consoles. Nit1 setting has been directed to an ACDN that is NCFW to a DSC code for years before I took over. Its been working fine to get the calls to the shared voicemail that is hanging off of a CS1000e rls 7.5 for after hours auto attendant.

Changed our carrier this last week and it has stopped working. Changed from AT&T to Consolidated Communications (Surewest) and from traditional T1 to T1 over ethernet. CC required we change the ESS5 trunks to NI2 so we did. Still DID trunks just a different protocol. Everything seems to be working as far as user sets FNA to the DSC to get to voicemail, but the LDN's all ring no answer when the consoles are in nites. Nit1 is 6677 which is an ACDN (MWC=yes) that NCFW's to 8600 (DSC code that directs the DID to TIE trunk to CS1000e for voicemail). DCHannel messaging shows the call come in but never attempt to go to the TIE line. I've been searching the forum and haven't come up with the answer yet.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
There is no TARG and the NCOS on the DID route didn't change when going from ESS5 to NI2. I've checked the RDR data and it is CFF. Like I said the phones roll to the offsite voicemail just fine, it is just the attendant/LDN numbers when in nites

Idea?

Hello Mark

As you have changed carriers, then the problem could be in the routing setup. I'm guessing that you have used different routes / trunks etc for your new carrier. Have you used different ACOD's etc.
Check that any ACDN queues haven't got the old ACOD in there.

It's going to be tricky to trace as there are a number of different ways.

You could try NCFW onto ACOD or TSC Trunk Steering Codes

Cheers!!

Sounds like they are not sending the LDN that is programmed in the PBX-----calls are routing to the consoles during the day but maybe coming in as an intercept. The display on the console should show what was dialed ---does that show the LDN?
If this is a PRI---turn on d-ch messaging and verify incoming digits.
