Hi,

I have a problem with an option 11c mini.
When the attendant puts the console in night service, it also blocks analog sets from receiving calls.
So for example fax machines cant receive calls when the office is closed.

The only thing the caller hears is ring back tones.
I dont know where the calls are being routed.

Anyone who have a clue where I should start looking?

might be a trunk nite setting - do a trace in ld 80 during the day and when console is in night.

There is a nite promt in the trunks - check the trunks in route you got on the trace above.

Print in LD 20

YOU MIGHT WANT TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE "TOD" IN LD 86 TO SEE IF THEY ARE ALL ON OR OFF OR BOTH. IF ALL ON STOP LOOKING HERE. OF ON AND OFF .. KEEP CHECKING

You need an Auto Attendent if you don't have DID. Do you have Voice Mail?
