Attendant doesn't work in VM box

Ok, here's the deal

8x24 DR5
Flash 2
- Recently after an electrical storm / multiple power outages the flash stopped responding (tried power cycling, xftest etc. etc.) only after a very long power cycle did it decided to come back.

Now when callers get into a mail box (fwd no answer) and try to hit 0 to go back to the attendant, it says "attendant not available"..

- F982.. attendant is enabled and set to 21
- Direct-Dial is set to 21
- I'm a bit rusty with the DR5's and Flash, so i've asked our partner / Flash expert and she can't figure it out either....

Any idea's?? input much appreciated.

Check the table settings for attendant. Make sure return to AA is yes.

Stupid question but where is that setting?

attendant: F983 > AA > table

Return to auto-attendant: F983 > Greeting > AA

That's already been done.. any other idea's?

1. In the greeting table - define the attendant extension
2. Feature 982 > operator ...define attendant
3. I dont think personal attenant is avbl in Flash (login to the mailbox F981 and verify that is a valid extension or none
