Any ideas what this could, It seems to be a recurring problem and I don't have access to the site, They have to ring the vendor resolve.

In LD 32 type CMIN ALL. This will clear the minor alarms on all attendant consoles. To prevent minor alarms at the console in the future: LD 17 REQ:CHG TYPEARM ALRM:NO.

the vendor will not usually turn off min alarms on the console, if they are being paid for each trip.. you'll need to do it yourself
