Hi, i have a hotel with 2 - m2250 consoles.

They want to put them both on busy.
Outside calls coming in go to the auto attendant which is fine.
BUT - calls to the operator 0 ring no answer and when you take the console of busy, the call will immediately ring the console.
SO i it is like the call is going to the console but not showing up until you take it off busy.

SO - how do i programme calls to the operator - 0 to go to a DN - the front desk - when both consoles are on busy??

Thanks for any input.

Program a phone with a new DN and in the Nit Data make it that DN

We already have a phone DN for NIT (nights).

This is when the Console is in BUSY.

Outside calls get treatment from the AA but anyone in the hotel dialling 0 just hears ringing and it is not ringing anywhere but when i take the console off BUSY the call immediately rings on the console.
i am thinking that there is no programming in ATT data to push it anywhere.

i do not think you can have both consoles set to busy,, when 1 is busy then other 2nd one is taken down it will revert to night service are follow NIT
i believe that it how it is designed ( but someone may know different )...do u have attendant overflow set ???

If you hit "Shift" + Night that will put both consoles in Night Mode.
