Attendant 302D Caller ID in Public unknown

i am having issues with one of our sites on getting the outgoing caller id working. CM Version is CM7.0.
The problem is, I can get all of our 96xx phones to send out the caller id information that I have specified in the public unknown numbering settings, but I cannot get our attendant console to send out the caller id information.

Tried the Below and it does not show the CPN number Specified.
