I have a user that when she prints her email messages that contain attachments the entire attachments are printing also. Usually only the message should print and not the attachments. I have not seen this problem before. She is using outlook 2000 on a win 98 machine.
Try this... Open an email that has an attachment. Click on "File" and then select "Print" (Ctrl-P). A checkbox should be available next to an option allowing you to print the email with or without attachments. Make sure the box is not checked. Click OK and print the email to confirm the attachments do not print. This should now be the default for any emails received that have attachments.
