Attachments always prompting to save!! aaaah!!

We run Outlook 2000 SP3 on XP SP1.

Couple of users are having issues with attachments, when opening them they are always promting to "Save As" instead of opening.

Can any one tell me how to make them open without the saving prompt??

That depends on what kind of attachments they are. For some attachments, this is normal behavior.
