attachment security

Hi,

I have a Outlook 2002 user who cannot open any attachment without being forced to save it to disk first. How do I ammend her security so she has the choice first to open or save?

Try

or regedit when outlook is closed

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security

Look for key called level1remove. Put extentions in there that you want them to use.

I did read that over before but it mentions that this is only for certain file types that Outlook blocks. The user here gets the same even if it's just word docs?
