attaching documents to an access database?

I am just in the primary stages of building a new database, most likely to be in access 2000 this time, simply to hold series of information. However, the information is being transfered from an outlook publc folders, so some of which are zip files. Is it possible to enter attachments into an access database? or would i have to open everything that i have and copy the text into each form? Thank you for your help already.

You need to create a table with an Id Field and an OLE Object field to add each of the Text files as appropriate as single record
