attach pll problem

I am looking into customizing the Oracle FA report FASCOSTS.rdf. This report requires the FABAL.pll, but when I attach it, the procedures are blank. IF I open the pll on its own, I can see all of the procedures.

Any suggestions ?

They are not blank, just the procedures of attached plls are not available for editing. To edit it (do not do it with this pll!) you need to open it in the PL/SQL Libraries node, but to make changes available you need not only to save the changes, but to deleted and reattach it in the Attached Libraries node.
