Attach document to history - permanently uncheck

Hi,

Is it possible to permanently uncheck the "attach document to history" checkbox which comes up when you print a letter?

We always write a note but never attach the document and it's an annoying extra click.

I don't think it's possible, but:
a) What version of ACT!?
b) What sort of item ae you printing?

Are you using a template or customising them each time?

If you have a template set up, you can use Write | Mail Merge and just send to current contact
