Atomic clock sync

I know this is probably a crazy pie in the sky idea but I was thinking today is there a way for a CS1000 to call out everyday to the atomic clock in Colorado (303-499-7111) and update the time. If this is a crazy idea and there is now way the switch can do this just say "Your crazy man". Just an idea though. Because of security policies in my company I'm unable to put phone equipment on the network so I cant do it through NTP.

Have Procomm on a PC that synchs with the clock, then this script will set the PBX to the PCs time.
