ATNDIND with access code 0. Need Help

Hi everyone, anybody help me.
I just configure an attendant for hipath 4000v6. I try to create an outgoing line with TMANI module. This is step by step configuration.
Add-wabe:0 as CO
Add-wabe:9 as atndind
Add-buend:100 as TGRP
Add-tacsu:devtype:TMANIMSG
Add-richt
Add-ldat
Add-ldpln

And result for my configuration is when i try to dial 0, there is error message currently not accessible on openstage phone display. How to resolve it

Can we ignored an attendant feature and focus to configuration how to get outgoing line with access code "0"? Because my latest configuration below is not successfull to get outgoing line when i dialed "0". When i dialed "0" there is error message on OpenStage 15T diplay "Currently not accessible". May i missed some parameter? any advice for this case is important for me.

Can you 'go across' the trunk and dial out with a test phhone away from the HiPath - can you dial out without the HiPath?

the PSTN line is OK. tested
finally it case solved with reinstall Hipath 4000v6 software and reconfigure from the beginning. so confuse about this problem.

Maybe just a reload was required or new Loadware which might have been on the new hard drive software?
