Hey Everybody,

We are looking to install an ATM4U card on our IP406 v2 in the next couple weeks. The original tech that determined the card was bad sad that it is a simple swap that will take about 30 minutes. I was hoping someone here could shed some light on the project and if it is actually as simple as it sounds. ie. can I just swap it?, is there any firmware dependancies?, etc.

Just a simple case of taking the lid off the IPO and swapping the daughter board (The ATM card)

30 mins is reasonable.

Self installation of hardware would void any warranty, leaving you with the cost of another card and a call out should it fail at any time. Wouldn't recommend it.

Hey folks,

Thanks for the help everyone, as far as warranty we are already beyond it anyways, so any work we have done even for a simple install is astronomically expensive. We will give it a go, thanks again the help. [2thumbsup]
