ATM and Frame Relay 2

I am truly a beginner and I have read a couple of books that talk about ATM and Frame Relay. I understand that one is cell switched and the other is packeted switched and some other things about them, but I really just need some help on grasping what is REALLY the difference. I am a SE and I would like to be able to explain to my customers why they should take one over the other. Any web sites or books that can explain both of these in a simple form would be great.
