Hi guys
We have two hipath4k v7 that we want to store the CDR data of both them in one system(charging server). But the Atlantic port ip is the same in both pbx and we can not connect both ports to the network at the same time.
no way to get CDR in other port by different IP ?
What is your solution to this problem?

Any call charging program worth it's salt would be able to collect from two different IP ports at once.
The default port for CDR on 4K is 1202 but you can use 1203/4/5 etc.

hi sbcsu and thanks for your reply
but we dont problem by charging program.my problem is connect two atlantic by same ip address (192.0.2.3) to my network.
when connect second atlantic to network , its conflict

You can only connect one HiPath Atlantic LAN to a network.
If you need to connect 2 then you need to interface them via another device - probably a router

Can you connect the 2 x Customer LAN networks ?

Yes
We can connect two customer to network

Then use the Customer Networks, the Atlantic Network does nothing extra except the CDR

very good.
but how can we get cdr data over customer lan?
lssm command only showing 192.0.2.3 as source address

What application are you using for CDR ?

There are a few methods.
You can use a small 'domestic' router, Netgear or similar to 'translate' the CDR IP Address to a Customer LAN IP address on both 4K Systems.
Another option would be to use Buffers that convert IP to Serial then a second Buffer to convert that serial to IP again resulting in a conversion from Atlantic LAN Fixed IP to a Customer LAN address.
Another method would be to get your network associates to assign a port on their Cisco or similar router to convert from Atlantic LAN to Customer LAN.

If you really want data over customer LAN you could setup the collector within the HiPath to collect and send the CDR as FTP on the Customer LAN but that is a more specialized setup that I am not very familiar with, you could request it from your maintainer.
