ATI2EXX.EXE RUN AT 100%

Just install w2k on a laptop DELL LATTITUDE C610
the ATI2exx.exe runs the CPU at 100%. I reinstalled the OS only and got no problems, then i put it to the network , no problems still. I got it at a 100% when i change the parent server for the norton Anti Virus, I dont think its related but it goes up at that point

Any idea ???

sorry the name of thefile is ATI2EVXX.EXE

ati2evxx is the little red ATI icon in the lower right tray. I don't think it has to be running; just another wonderful "feature". I assume you have an ATI video controller on your system?
