Morning all, I'm trying to find out where the ATDN terminates in a customers switch. I've printed the trunks but see no ATDN entry on any of them. The ATDN is defined in the CDB as well. Thanks in advance.

the atdn usually goes to the att console, what happens when you dial it? i if i didn't have a 2250 i would set the att to xxxx and put that number on a 2616, might try load 80 and dial the atdn then do a trac on your dn or tn..you may be getting the atdn from the route coming from the office, so that numbers not associated a did will have a place to land

Let me give more details: The site has 3 T1's coming into it, with all three broken up so to speak with channels configured as COT's. I've just spoken with Verizon, who's the provider, and they told me that the number that's seen on caller ID is assigned to ch 15 & 16 on one of the circuits. I did a trace and found the route the calls come in on, and get RNA because the ATDN that's defined in the switch isn't assigned to any phone. So I guess my next move would be to change the ATDN, and assign it to a phone, correct?
