Hi

Have an analog warehouse bell connected at a remote site via a cisco ATA, which rings when called however the handset making the call continues to display “Enter Destination” as the bell rings and the bell doesn’t stop ringing when putting the receiver down.

The ATA is setup as a SIP phone on the system, set to NAT.

As part of my testing I am going to change the call configuration for the ATA SIP Phone group to 2 (Remote) and disable the firewall on the main site router, but just wondered if anyone can suggest something else to try?

Thanks

Apologies, this is a cisco 112 ATA connecting back to MiVoice Office 250 on 6.2, over internet as a NAT device.

I've not done a SIP extension over internet as NAT on the MiVO250.

Try creating a SIP Phone group and change the NAT type in it to 'NAT' then add the extension to that group.
