ATA ACCESSING LINE WITHOUT DIALING ACCESS CODE 1

I have an ata on a fax line and i wish to dial out (access code 9)but i want to supress this on the line so i can just dial the required tel no.eg (9)01 4647474 In other words i want to avoid dialling the "9".
Thanks.

Under the Capabilities against the Fax, select Hotline

Set this for external and enter 9 for the External number
