have mics sytem that has Micro patch multimode interconnect mod 9800d and radio patch for pagers, that was interfaced across the 1st trunk ahead of the sytem. The interfaced equipment is turned on after hours and when a call comes in after 2 rings,its answered and the person calling gets a recording. the other thing it does is that (this is a small rural hospital)that staff can call this number, get the recording, wait,get a tone and then enter a pager number for a doctor. I put in auto attendent and trees. One of the paths for after hours take it to an ata 2
to provide a analog dn for interfacing the above sytem. It works great, except about 4 sec after the tone the call
drops off. I have put an anlog set on the dn, called it an it works great. The people with the above equiptment says it will wrk with any dial tone and won't respond. Any ideas
is it something to do with supervision ??????
