ATA 186 no dial tone phone 2

Does anyone know how to set up the Cisco Call Manager express to get an ATA 186 to provide dial tone on the phone 2 port. I have "button 1:5 2:6" as the programming with the e dns programmed for 5 and 6. I can get port one to work but all I get on port 2 is talk battery.

I found this and I think you insert the correct mac address on the first port and insert 00 in place of the first two on the 2nd port... I will need to check further for better information....

The first two numbers of the MAC address are already 00. I'll try changing the second two and let you know.
