I have a important voice mail that i would like to export from within the VS5, is this possible.

Hi randyleadholm,
No, not unless you record it on something & play it back to the new VM. The VS-R5 does not have any method of backing up messages. Sorry.

Make a conference call between you, your VS voice mail, and a cell phone.Conference your cell phone last but don't answer it and let it go to voicemail.Retrieve your message from your VS 5 once your cell phone voicemail picks up.
Just a theory.
