Does anyone know where I can find some documentation on this Application.

Run away from it as fast as you can.

It sucks.

There are application in the PBX that do just as good, if not better. For example, vectoring, or an IVR application.

I am familiar with those solutions. However I need to familiarize myself specifically with RouteIt.
