Good evening. I am having a problem. I have to access
several Definity switches. The access works fine when calling from a PC running VT100 emulation (Reflections VT Emulator) and telling the switch to use 513 emulation.
I have figured out the escape sequences necessary for 'F' keys F1, F3, F5, F7 and F8.
What I need is the escape codes for F6 (IE: Escape Ow) so when you do a "cha vec ###" in the Definity switch you can send the codes for "Edit".
If anyone has the escape codes for F2 and F6 I would appreciate it.
Has anyone out there used WRQ Reflections Unix or VT emulation
software to access a Definity or Intuity or Definity Audix? If you have what is the best results (emulation) / settings you have found? Reflections can emulate VT100/VT102, VT220-7, VT220-8, WYSE-50, WYSE-60 and SCO-ANSI.
Yes I do have ASA but because we use different PC's with different modems and COM ports here and it makes it almost impossible to share the ASA data file as the data file carries all the modem and COM port stuff with it.
Reflections allows for a dialing directory that does not care about what COM port or modem type in being used. It's stored on a PC by PC basis. It's a problem with function key mapping...
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
