ASUS A7V133 with integrated Promise Ultra100 upgrade from win98

I am trying to upgrade to Win2k pro from Win98 and cannot get it to the promise controller card drivers. I get the window that says you need to update the drivers but it won't recognize them from the cd. Any clues?

Look at the bottom of this page. There seems to be an issue with Asus boards and Win 2000.

When you go to upgrade the W2k, make sure you have the drivers for the correct bios and compliation ie.. 1.06 Rev 35
place the drivers on a floppy disk and when w2k requests you to specify the drivers tell it yes. They have to be on the floppy drive ONLY!! !
