hello
im having a problem with MX-ONE Manager Telephony system when ever i try to add series number a read note show up saying Internal error see de attached pic,,,

what should I do 2 fix it??

Can you do 'compare with subsystem' in MP? Try it and look at the logs in MP.

Also, what version are running, you may need to upgrade.
