ASU-E server board and missing network drivers - for Windows 2003 - OnebOx

Need your help. I am trying install Onebox 5.0 on an ASU-E server. After I installed Windows 2003, I found there is no driver for Ethernet Controller. There is no driver on Win 2003 disk. How can I find the drivers to make it work?
Also for Windows 2008, if you have??
