ASU-E as router?

Hi.
Our boss wants that when call to an IP phone use a gateway different from the default gateway.
We have MX-One version 4.1 and MGU. In the ASU we can add a route to this ip. But the rtp packets use the defualt gateway and don´t use the specific route.

If I config the MGU the default gateway as the ip of the ASU, does the ASU work as router???
