I hope this is helpful. We have MIMS Ver 4.3.01.
WO Table Type Associated Values
Position: 1
Name: On-costing Applies
Description: Sets whether an on-cost will be added to costs incurred on the Work Order.
Values: Either Y or N
Position: 2-6
Name: On-cost Rate (format 999v99)
Description: Sets the rate at which on-costs will be applied
Values: 000.00
Position: 7-10
Name: Default Service Level Agreement
Description: Pre-defined SLA’s may be referenced here that will populate the appropriate fields on a Work Request
Values:
Position: 11-22
Name: Default Standard Estimate or District/Std Job
Description: Pre-defined Std Estimates or District defined Std Jobs can be referenced here. When saving the Work Request an Estimate or Work Order can be automatically created from the std entity referenced.
Values:
Position: 23
Name: Estimate/Standard Job Indicator (E/J)
Description: Mandatory if Default Standard Estimate or District/Std Job entered
Values: Either E or J

Name: Work Order Auto Create Flag

Used in conjunction with 'Work Order Type' to further describe the type of work being performed. It designates the basic category of work or maintenance being performed. For example if the work order type is maintenance.
We do not use associated values with the MT table.

Have been through all of that however was looking for quite a bit more detail on the associated values functions here.
Generally dont recommend use of the MT table in that way either. However this is what makes every installation different. Ozgipsy
