I have a call flow with assisted transfer, I want the call to be transferred to an extension and if not answered in the "no answer time" then passed onto another menu.
I have set this up ok but it doesnt work, on monitoring I see the call hit vm, on selecting the option for Assisted Transfer a second call is opened from rasx.x calling the extension specifield, after the no answer time has expired the extension stops ringing however the ras call is still open but to no extenstion, after about 30 seconds the ras call drops and I then get passed to the next menu option.
Any ideas?
