Ok, here is what I am trying to do. When a call comes in, they can dial the users extension and goes to a assisted transfer.

If it is busy, or timeouts the call goes to the operator. This works when the phone is logged in. The problem is, some of the extensions on the system are Softphones. If the the softphones are logged out, it goes directly to there user Voicemail not the operator as I want it to.

Is there a fix for this? My customer want's all calls to be answered by a live person and not go to a voicemail.

Thanks for your help

I would advised against using an assisted transfer in VM Pro, it will tie yup your VM port untill the call is connected.
use a normal transfer & lett the divert settings on the user handle the call re-routing.

They have 8 voicemail ports, 45 users. They should be fine on the call being in voicemail for the 15 seconds.
