Hi There I have a BCM 50 v6.0. It has 4 analog lines but all lines are defaulting to my voice mail (DN 301). Here is what I'm trying to do.

LINE 061
RINGS: 221, 222, 223, 301 but always goes to the voice mail of 221 after no answer

LINES 062, 063
RINGS: 301, 221 but always goes to the voice mail of 301 after no answer

LINE 064
RINGS: 222, 221, 301 But always goes to the voice mail of 222 after no answer

WHAT I HAVE DONE: EXT LINE 064 has control set and Prime set as 222 but still goes to voice mail of 221.

Any help?

whats is 301( the voicemail DN) ( Check feature 985)

Remove the lines from 301.

This way the lines will ring the extns.

Another thing if you have lines ringing any extn that is forwarded to voicemail then these lines will end up in some one of these extns mailbox.

To avoid lines going to mailboxes use hunt groups instead.( they ignore the mailboxes .

301 is an IP DN. Can you give me a little more information on what to do with the lines and huntgroups?

Thank You so much!

If you want 301's VM to answer then you hve to make the other sets Forward no answer under each sets capabilities, set them to a higher amount of rings than 301's FNA. If all sets FNA are the same amount of rings the lower extension number VM will answer.
