HI to all
I have one question my ISP give me 12 ip’s to use for now I just add static address to pc and I’m on web so it would make sense that I can only have 12 pc on web at the same time is it possible to set the range of ip’s on the router, and let the router do the work assigning ip’s to pc and if I set router to assign ips can I have more then 12 pc's on web at the same time, and if so how can I accomplish that.

Thanks in advance.

If your ISP gave you a live internet range then you only need one to provide internet access to your whole network via NAT/PAT.

There is plenty of information on these forums on setting up NAT on Cisco routers.

if i configure router to do NET and i will have 12 ip address from ISP then what is the number of pc's that i can have on the network at the same time and be able to go on web ? is there a limit to how many pc's i can have ?

You can have as many as your network can handle. You don't give each PC a separate global address, your PC's on your local network should use private RFC1918 addresses. You then PAT the traffic to one global IP address on the router.
