ASSIGNING EXTENSIONS TO PHANTOM NUMBERS

I HAVE A PANOSONIC KX TD-816 SYSTEM. I SET UP TWO PHANTOM EXTENSIONS 10 AND 19 TO BE USED BY THE AA.
1?HOW DO I NOW ASSIGN ACTUAL EXTENSIONS(WHICH DO NOT HAVE DPT-TELEPHONES) TO THESE VIRTUAL PHANTOM EXTENSIONS?
2 AFTER THE EXTENSIONS ARE ASSIGNED, IS THERE ANY WAY TO DETERMINE WHICH ACTUAL EXTENSIONS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO ANY SPECIFIC PHANTOM EXTENSIOIN?

WHY ARE YOU YELLING? Is this a td-308 we have no idea wha t system you are talking about if it is a 308 you can not assign phantom exts to single line sets .

Sorry for YELLING I'm a little new at this.
I'm speaking about a TD-816ce with ROM version P341L.
The system was originally set up to use two digit extensions and 10 was a phantom extension that rang at jack 113 and 102.
However, about a week ago it suddenly stopped ringing at jack 113. I did a system reset but that didn't help. I deleted the phantom extension and tried reinstating it, but I haven't been able to get it to ring at both extensions and I think it may just be a programming error so I'd like to know how to assign specific jacks to a phantom extension. I've tried looking in the various manuals but I haven't found this information.

what rev ksu is this there are actual ringing assignments
and type of ring adjustments for phantom ext's what are you using for software to program?

All of the system programing was done by me through the managers DPT KX-T7433 as we do not have any programming software. I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with the term "rev ksu".

what revision of the ksu is it? might be a circle with a number on it.
