Assign new cube to users

I have a new cube saved in the same folder as with the other cubes. My problem is this new cube is not showing in the Choose a Remote Cube window. Is there something in Access Manager to assign a cube to user/group of users? If not, what are my options? Thanks

Is the cube enabled for both web and windows access in PowerPlay Enterprise Server admin tool?

It should be accessible for both Upfront and Windows. I have not idea how to enable it for both options. Thanks, flex13.

Open up the Powerplay Enterprise Server Administration tool and use the insert cube button, once inserted you need to publish the cube to upfront (tools menu)

This is all documented in th ehelp files
